Ft. Saskatchewan Expansion & Debottleneck
Voice successfully completed the $51 million Expansion and Debottlenecking Project at the Fort Saskatchewan Facility with ZERO lost time incidents. This project included various civil and mechanical scopes of work including topsoil stripping, supply & placement of aggregate, pond remediation, liner installation, road construction, and pad construction.
Voice provided the following services during this project:

- Adding NGL storage tank systems
Voice played a significant role in the expansion of Plains Midstream Canada’s facilities and infrastructure at their Fort Saskatchewan Facility. This project includes adding a system of new NGL storage tanks and infrastructure to increase the plant capacity. The storage system consists of seven pressure vessels (bullets) with supporting pipe racks, feed pump system, fire suppression system, and a surface run-off pond.
