Located in Alberta’s Industrial Heartland, North West Redwater’s Sturgeon Refinery is the Province’s first stand-alone refinery built in 30 years. The multibillion dollar facility will convert bitumen into ultra-low sulphur diesel fuel and other high-value products.

Voice is proud to have played a significant role in the construction of Phase 1. Our portion of the project to date exceeds $250 million. The scope of work includes 4.5 million cubic meters of topsoil/mass/cut fill moved, site development including roads/ditches/culverts, and over 1 million tonnes gravel placed. Our deep undergrounds scope included installing and testing a variety of underground utilities with 30 km of complex underground piping.
