Voice Construction has instituted wide ranging programs

lifestyle issues. A comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Policy
includes a responsive Employee and Family Assistance Program.
The Voice instituted Modified Work Program and Incentive
Program have both become well respected models for the industry.
The Company's Hazard Assessment Process has been tested
and retested and is second to none. These and many other
efforts have not only resulted in an enviable safety record,
but have been acknowledged and awarded on numerous occasions
by both clients and the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
